Take a moment.

Take a moment and look around.

Feel the moment. Think about everyone around you, about the people and their lives, what their going through.

and how their suffering.

stop.

take a moment, look around you.

forget your troubles.

take a look at someone else's.

Look at a hospital...

not just glace by it and ignore it...

actually look, make a moment out of it.

Do you feel the pain their going through?

Can you sense the families pain?

think about all the people their, in their. looking at someone they love a cherish... wishing that they'll be ok.

Do you have sympathy? Empathy?

Remember you may always have some problem in your life...

but look around

there are worse places you could be.

don't EVER take advantage of where you are and what you have.
