About
Since his first poem in 1969, Steven P. Pody has published a 137-page volume of verse, entitled "The Panoptikon" (64 poems), and his work is additionally represented in printed anthologies from Arizona, California, Maryland and Virginia, as well as e-represented on the internet. A military vet (U.S. Air Force/4 years), Steven was a citizen of Alaska for ten years; also living 1 1/2 years in the Middle East, and 4 1/2 years in Africa. Total to date is 53 countries visited. Africa time was mostly covered by two tours in the U.S. Peace Corps. Steven met his German wife at an archaeological dig in the Golan Heights of Israel. They supported a girl in Ecuador (under "Plan International USA") for 17 years. Also, they have three wunderbar now-adult children.
Additionally, silence is not one of Steven's favorite thangs. Writers are communicators. If you like a work, kindly leave an honest "like" and/or a comment. Otherwise, 'tis difficult to discern between a "yes, I liked it" silence from a "no likum, lotta nada" kinda silence.
