My View on The Switch:

This is my article on the quiz show The Switch.

The Switch is a daytime quiz show hosted by actor Sanjeev Bhaskar.

There are four contestants who compete over three rounds called easy money. In this round each contestant has forty five seconds to answer questions with the help of the clue reel for example, words rhyming with send. This is to build up their banks.

After each of these easy money rounds. The contestant play the switch round. They’re given a number of random categories and have three chances to stick or switch. Once the categories are locked in there is a multiple choice question for each category and the person with the wrong answer is frozen out. At the end of the switch round the contestant who has the wrong answer is eliminated.

In the final switch round the contestant is give three random categories and can again stick or switch. If they complete one round they get half of the money that is their bank, if they then complete a second round they get all of the money in their bank. And if they complete a third round the money in their bank is doubled! But they only have forty five seconds to do this in. They can choose to play on or to bank what they have. If they take the gamble and the time runs out they leave empty handed.

I love this show as its so unpredictable and you never know who’ll be eliminated or beat the switch in the final and go home rich!
