I really can't quite believe it, my wish was to go into 2020 with over 6,000 reads.  With 4 days to go I have done it!!! I can't thank you enough for making one exxcited writer extrememly happy.  When I first started out on my journey I never dreamed that so many people would be interested in my stories and poems.it was quite a revelation when the reads began improving.  I can't thank you enough and hope you have enjoyed them.  From the bottom of my heart I say thank you for sticking with me and I wish you all a happy and healthy 2020.

Wow and thank you everyone for reading my offerings.  I am over the moon to see I now have over 3,000 reads over all my portfolio.  It really is a "Pick and Mix" so if you haven't had a look please do I am sure you will find something to your taste. In the meantime thank you very much to everyone who has taken the time to read my books and short stories and poems, it means an awful lot. Thank you also to the people who have taken the time to comment it is much appreciated.

Wow it is unbelievable I have actually overtaken the 5,000 reads.  I can't thank you enough my lovely readers for making me so happy.  When I started posting to Booksie I never dreamed there would be so much interest.  I wanted to write my first book before I was 70.  Not only have I acheived that but writen two books and am halfway through my third.  I feel so blessed that other people have read my offerings and  I hope you have enjoyed them. 

My first book has flown and I hope those readers who are thinking of making a move have found it useful as well as entertaining.  Living the Dream has had 700 reads to date.

My second book was a little different and my first foray into pure fiction.  This also seems to be popular in acheiving 314 reads to date.  I enjoyed writing it so much it even inspired me to write a follow on short story to catch up with the characters.  I often read a book and wonder what happened next .  Maybe there will be another chapter?

In between I have written some short stories which I aim at coffee time reads or just something to read on a train or a bus.  I also try to fit in some childrens' stories as having a granddaughter now I would like to leave her a legacy for the future.

Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for your support.  I hope to finish my third book very soon so better get back to the writing:)
