How to make a new friend

Monkey wanted to make a new friend.
So he went to the Animal Park, to see who was there.
Monkey saw lots of types of animals.
There was a doggie, a dino, and a ducky.
Monkey walked up to the doggie and said "You have to be my friend!"
Doggie, got scared and left as fast as he could.
Monkey's feelings got hurt.
Monkey walked up to Dino and said  "You have to play with me!"
Dino got scared and left as fast as he could.
Monkey felt sad, he only wanted a friend, and he had scared away two!
Ducky had seen everything. He went up to Monkey. "How about you ask if they want to play!" said Ducky.
Monkey thought about it and said " Would you like to play with me?"
"Yes I would!" said  Ducky.
Monkey and Ducky played till it was dark.
And Monkey learned it is easier to ask then demand.
