By and Bye
I am contaminated.
By the shadows that cling to me like a disease.
By the anxiety that encompasses me in a crowd.
I am poisoned.
By the sarcasm used in my presence.
By those who try to minimize me to make themselves feel better.
I am isolated.
By the manner I use in my speech.
By the standards I set for myself.
I am tired.
By the routines and structure that fatigue my body.
By the tasks I must complete to feel accomplished.
By the memories I wish to bid fare well and good bye.
