My companionship

policy

is rather…

simple.

I surround myself

in the accoutrements

and compliments

of the damned.

I befriend nigh, to nothing

following a stringent policy

in the forging of applicants

in the venture… of friendship.

Less seen…

never openly shown

all one must do

is boldly apply.

How doth thy’n

might ask, thee

does one apply

be among, the lost.

The broken

the damned, for that

is the only path

to my better nature.
