Chapter 1 The beginning

Max just finished a nauseating day at school. He was walking home and out of nowhere a portal opened underneath him and max fell through. He landed on soft grass and stood before him was a strange figure. The figure said " You young one has been chosen for the next guardian.” Max thought to himself what in the world is going on? The figure gave him a box and The figure said " You must open it on your 18th birthday”. Max says out loud " why, who are you, this is too much, " The figure chuckled " you will understand my boy soon.” Then Max arrived back in his world.
