Just a quick little horror story I wrote for fun. Give me your feedback! Would it be a good story to continue?

I wake up joltingly and shoot up in my bed. Rubbing my eyes, I reach to the left of the bed to turn on my bedside lamp, but find it isn't there. I pause, certain it was there last night. I feel around for the hard top of the table, and again feel nothing. My heart jumps into my throat, and panic seizes me. Where am I?

Suddenly I realize that my eyes havn't adjusted to light like they would have in my room...slowly, I realize this is because there IS no light. I am sitting in  a completely black room with no doors or windows. The only furniture, besides the bed, is a single, long mirror leaning against the wall. It's emitting the smallest amount of light, just enough so that I could see it and possibly see myself if I looked in it. Slowly,  I feel my way out of the bed, making my carefull way towards the mirror. I lift each foot carefully, terrified I might step on a stray nail or piece of glass. Luckily, I make it safely to the mirror and look inside.

As my eyes adjust to the small amount of light, I look into the mirror, expecting to see myself, the long, straight brown hair, face full of freckles, ice blue eyes. Quite ordinary, I consider myself. Boring. If I were in a movie, I would be Stranger Walking Down the Street, or Friend Number Twelve. Instead of seeing myself, however, I see someone else.

She sits on the bed, her long black hair falling gracefully around her shoulders, her blank face staring blankly at me. I spin around, expecting to see her on the bed, but it's empty. I turn back to the mirror, fear spreading throughout me. The girl's red eyes twinkle softly, and she says in a husky, dead sort of voice:

"Finally, you're here."
