For those who need hope, whether it be for now or for eternity. May this poem bring you some peace

Though death may come with darkened skies,
In Christ, we see the soul's arise.
A fleeting night, a dawn so near,
Where pain is gone and is clear.

For in His arms, we find our rest,
A promise true, a peace confessed.
Through death, we rise to life anew,
In Christ, forever, pure and true.

When death comes near, we need not fear,
For Christ has conquered, drawing us near.
The body may rest, but the soul takes flight,
To dwell in His love, in endless light.

No more sorrow, no more pain,
In His presence, we will reign.
Death is not the end, but a door,
To life with Christ, forevermore
