My Darkness

I’m falling apart in my dreams 

Cause nothing is as it seems 

This nightmare keep playing with me 

Will I ever be free 

Will things ever stop

Before I wash away and drop 

My dark crawling to the top

God I just wanted to pop

Can you make me happy

Losing myself makes me sappy 

This darkness is lingering 

These thoughts they stay 

Can I break away 

Steal my joy and wrap it up like a toy

It plays with my heart like a boy 

MY darkness is real please don’t make a horrible deal 

Lay awake I can’t stay and let it feel 

My darkness won’t let me be 

But I can’t let it overtake me
